魅影直播 has been appointed by Landgate, Western Australia鈥檚 (WA) Land Information Authority, to deliver a spatial digital twin as part of the Program.
Under an initial seven-year delivery contract, 魅影直播, partnering with and , will develop the digital twin. As part of delivery, the digital twin will be used to demonstrate effectiveness across four key use cases covering infrastructure delivery, planning, land management and emergency preparedness.
"The spatial digital twin is more than a technology solution; it is a catalyst for change that will help shape a more connected, informed and resilient Western Australia,鈥 said 魅影直播 Vice President Digital Advisory, Development & Transformation - Digital & Data, Adrian Day. 鈥淲e鈥檙e excited to build on a 20-plus year legacy supporting transformational data projects in Western Australia and work on this landmark initiative for Landgate.鈥
Led by Landgate, Spatial WA is a transformative, whole-of-government initiative involving 30 agencies. Its goal is to revolutionize how spatial data is accessed, managed and shared to enable smarter decision-making and greater efficiency.
Digital twins are dynamic, data driven models of physical assets, systems or processes. By combining operational data and advanced analytics, they turn information into insights that improve planning and decision-making.
The Spatial WA digital twin will integrate digital data, images and other non-spatial datasets into a single platform, creating a digital representation of Western Australia鈥檚 built and natural environment. By consolidating digital data and applying advanced modelling and predictive analytics, the digital twin will foster greater collaboration, streamline processes and enable more informed, place-based decision-making. Ultimately, it will transform how state government agencies plan and build, laying the foundation for a smarter, more resilient and future-ready State.
As prime contractor, 魅影直播 will lead project management and end-to-end delivery of the spatial digital twin, and will contribute integrated geospatial, enterprise architecture and advanced analytics capabilities to the project. Amristar will provide cloud and integration architecture, digital workflow, platform interoperability and cloud services management capabilities. Terria will deliver the technology to integrate and visualize diverse spatial and non-spatial datasets in an accessible, web-based platform.
