How long have you been at ��Ӱֱ��? 

I’ve been at ��Ӱֱ�� just over three years. In that time, I've had the opportunity to shape my own career development in the geospatial domain through many different projects across several of our end markets, including transportation and water.

Why do you wear the “J?”

Like many organizations, corporate wear isn’t required. But at ��Ӱֱ��, it’s about pride – showing the world you work for a company that’s truly changing it. I see that every day in how our people interact with each other, treat our clients and constantly innovate to find better ways forward. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to grow my career here, and I look forward to continuing that journey by helping solve our clients' biggest challenges.

What does our culture mean to you?​

In one word – extraordinary. I’m constantly inspired by the culture we have and the one we’re building for the future. We have leaders who walk the talk, and people who feel empowered to be the change the world needs. It's essential that everyone feels safe, supported and like they belong in the place where we spend so much of our lives. ��Ӱֱ��’ culture makes that possible. 

How do you practice our Culture of Caring every day? ​

I try to live out our Culture of Caring not only at work, but in everyday life – whether I’m traveling, relaxing with a good book or walking with my wife and our labrador. Being respectful, grateful, reflective and aspirational are key to making sure we're all physically and mentally well so we can give our best each day.
