Reflections from Rwanda: Building the Gatongati Bridge with Bridges to Prosperity
In June 2025, ten ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ teammates from across the globe came together in Rwanda to build a suspended trail bridge in the Nyanza District alongside the local community. Partnering with Bridges to Prosperity (B2P), this marked ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥â€™ 16th bridge build overall and the seventh in Rwanda. More than just a feat of resilient engineering, the Gatongati Bridge now provides safe, year-round access to education, healthcare, markets and essential services for more than 8,300 people.
